What data we collect: We collect information you provide voluntarily through the contact form and self-assessment tools on this site. The contact form collects your name, email address, company name, and a description of your enquiry. The HR Readiness, Meridian™ Organisational Capability, and AI Readiness self-assessments collect your name, email address, organisation, and role/title, together with your assessment responses. This information is used solely to provide your scored result and written interpretation by email.

We also collect anonymised visitor data through Google Analytics, including pages visited, time spent on the site, and general location (country/city level). This data does not identify you personally.

How we use your data: Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not add you to mailing lists or share your information with third parties.

Analytics data is used to understand how visitors use the site and to improve its content.

Cookies: This site uses cookies for analytics purposes via Google Analytics and the LinkedIn Insight Tag. You can accept or decline cookies via the consent banner when you first visit the site.
