Executive & Leadership Coaching
Coaching grounded in real organisational context.
I coach founders and senior leaders at the point where decisions get harder and the pace of work leaves little room to think them through properly. The conversations are not abstract. They are grounded in real-time decisions, team dynamics, and the day-to-day demands of leadership. Most of the leaders I work with are not struggling with self-awareness — they are struggling with time, competing demands, and decisions that have no clean answer.
I am ICF ACC accredited. My background includes more than twenty years of senior HR leadership across GE, Meta, Goldman Sachs and Braze. That experience informs the conversation — it helps me recognise patterns and ask better questions — but the decisions stay with the leader.
Coaching engagements often run alongside or follow a fractional or diagnostic engagement — when the structural picture is clear but the leadership behaviour that shaped it needs its own work.
How I work
Coaching engagements are structured and time-bound, typically designed to run over three to four months and sit alongside a demanding role rather than add to it. Sessions focus on framing live decisions, clarifying scope and authority, recognising patterns in how pressure affects judgement, and testing scenarios before committing to action.
Who this suits
- Founders stepping into broader leadership scope
- Regional leaders managing scale and cross-border complexity
- Executives carrying sustained performance pressure
- Leaders navigating significant transitions — role changes, restructures, new markets
The aim is steadier judgement over time.
